learn to draw from your imagination! enrolments for our 2020 short courses are now open!
Visual Development is a subject that forms part of our intensive core program.
The subject teaches the fundamental drawing skills to communicate stories. Classes strongly emphasise traditional freehand techniques, perspective techniques, and compositional techniques for shots. Students apply these fundamental drawing skills to a wide variety of subject matter. The content progresses from primitives to props, and from creatures to characters. The classes compose the subject matter within environments in order to portray visual narratives.
